Curvy 3D Forum

This gothic arch sculptie was made out of a single Loft in Curvy.

It is made of 3 curves. The first defines the shape of the archway's entrance. The second is a 'C' shaped curve with steps in it to make the shape of the ridges, and the third is a copy of the second moved to the top of the arch and rotated 90 degrees.



The ambient occlusion was baked using Curvy 3D Beta 3.

this seems to be a very clever way of using lofts which i don't fully understand
(copying curves?)
could we have some more details ?
