lovely

question, just out of interest (as it doesn't make much difference)
are you making the skintight clothes with Boolean operations or as solids ?

@sculptor The only skin-tight bit so far are the shoes which were drawn as new lathes.
The rest of the body is still a single mesh, I've not got round to cutting it up yet (I just "Reduced" the belly button and smoothed it out to remove it).

When I do need to split the mesh (for materials/texturing) I'll probably just delete part of a copy of the mesh, "cap holes", and use the sculpt tools to shape the new end.

Added a material pass. I used multi-select to edit the materials of several parts at once.

I simply used the lasoo to mask out bits of the skin, and used delete and explode to separate the parts.

Added last few details, and a bit of hand painted shading.

For the final image I saved two high res screenshots - one without shadows. That let me soften the edges of the shadow by carefully erasing a layered image in 2D.
