scale individual axes

Post by titti »

Hi. I installed Curvy 3d v.2 for mac system (10.8.5).
All right well indeed, but I can not scale the object on the individual axes. Why? How is it done?
Thanks

Hi, in version 2.0 you can use the scale tool at the same time as holding down X, Y, or Z key on the keyboard. This will lock the scaling to each axis.

[[In version 3 you can simply use the coloured handles on the move widget]]

Sorry to hear that.It is possible that the Mac version has a problem detecting the keys being pressed down while you drag. Unfortunately I no longer have a Mac to test it on.

I know it is a long way roung to scale a model, but you could also export to OBJ, scale the object in Blender, then import it back in.
