Re: Animation

You can now export to gltf format, which can load animated models into game engines like Unreal.

Re: Clay brush does not work correctly along the X axis.

I recommend sculpting with "Mirror Sculpt" turned off for Clay and Flatten brushes - then use "Mirror [Ctrl+M]" to make the object symmetrical.

I will continue working on a fix for "Mirror Sculpt", but it won't be soon.

Re: Clay brush does not work correctly along the X axis.

It seems to be linked to "Mirror Sculpt" mode. I will investigate - thanks for the bug report!

Re: Clay brush does not work correctly along the X axis.

This can happen with double sided objects like the Loft. If you sculpt on the back side of the object the sculpting effect is reversed.

Volume Textures

An alternative to Displacement Maps, that require high-poly meshes, is Volume Textures. They look similar but can work even on low res meshes.

Re: Animation

You can turn on Z-Depth rendering on the Camera Panel, and the option "Show Depth". Then when you save the animation it will output depth as greyscale.

Re: Extrude

No. But the closest thing you can do is a "Create Sketch" primitive and import svg into that. It won't make any meshes, but the curves will be available to copy and use in other objects.
