magnet tool?

is there a magnet tool to tweak low poly models? Not the curve but the vertices themselves after I have my base shape. This is for low poly not high poly sculpting.

One other thing I have found is undo is glitch. Especially If I have used mirror mode.

I find myself using the soft move tool with a very small radius to move single points, but it is not ideal and won't always single out a single vertex.

I'm trying to lock down on the undo bugs, I've fixed several. I'll try testing the mirror mode more.
