Looks cool! Just an idea feel free to ignore of course, but If the depth map from the 3D model could be exported as a sequence could be exported as well that would be useful for people who use programs such as pixelover with the 3d displacement feature.

You can turn on Z-Depth rendering on the Camera Panel, and the option "Show Depth". Then when you save the animation it will output depth as greyscale.

You can now export to gltf format, which can load animated models into game engines like Unreal.
