Curvy 3D GO-Extract Mesh Boundary?

Post by Fuzznoodle »

Hi,
I have Curvy 3D GO and I was following along with the Curvy 3D 4.1 Drawing a Cowboy in 3D, detailing the Trenchcoat & Boot | Curvy 3D 4.1 Modelling Tutorial.

I was able to mask the trench coat object and then delete the part of the masked object, but I can't figure out how to find the option for 'extract mesh boundary' that would create lines around the cut out space.

Is this capability only available for 4.1? Is there a way to do this in Curvy 3D Go?

Thanks for you help,

Hi, mesh bounday extraction is only in 4.1.

You can draw a curve and set the Pull Tool intensity to 0 to drag individual points on a Line object into place.

Or you can load your model into the 30 day demo version of 4.1 to try out the Boundary command.
