Hello Simon,
I received an email that Curvy 5 was on discount
Headed to Steam and saw the bundles from 3 to 5, and 4 to 5
Both bundles suggest that it's for previous owners of Curvy!
As I don't own any previous versions, can I still buy the bundle 4 to 5?
I also noticed the information suggesting to buy Curvy 5 directly in case I don't own a previous version
But, the bundle breakdown states I will receive both versions 4 and 5 as part of the bundle offer
This is a bit confusing, so my question is:
If I buy the bundle, will I receive both versions 4 and 5? Even though I don't own any previous versions?

Re: Need clarity on the Steam Bundles
The Steam bundles are there to allow previous owners to buy the new version with a discount. While you will get both versions if you buy a bundle you only need to install the latest 5 version.
It is usually cheaper to just buy 5 alone, but during discount sales the bundle price may be lower.
It is a bit confusing - I would prefer to just give a discount voucher to previous owners, but I can't do that on Steam.
Also Steam has different prices depending on your country - this can lead to wildly different prices for customers - again adding to the confusion.

Re: Need clarity on the Steam Bundles
Thank you for clarifying the matter Simon
I'll keep an eye out for the discounts for sure
Still have a couple of weeks into my trial version
Currently trying to master the new SubD tools to see how it can fit into my workflow
So far, I'm finding Curvy to be the ideal tool for my needs
A little more testing is required for specific use cases, and I'll report back on what I find
Cheers!

Re: Need clarity on the Steam Bundles
Glad to hear it is going well!
The SubD workflow is very new to Curvy, so if there are things missing that you would like to see included do let me know
