I often find myself lining up objects with others, it's easy to line up in the viewport from one angle - but often the object is at the wrong depth. This new tool lets you drag an object in and out of the screen to place it easily in 3D. Just hold SHIFT while using the Move Tool to access the Move Depth Tool.
Also fixed up the rotation handles so all three rotation axes are available at all times.
This is great for lining up small details onto another mesh, like this button:
Move in/out of screen
Re: Move in/out of screen
Sounds cool. Will give it a try.
One thing I am missing from early version of curvy is when I want to smooth a line I have to keep tapping the s key. In the past I would just hold it down until it was as smoothed as I wanted. Is there a toggle somewhere I am missing?
Cheers
Mike

That was a feature I didn't know about! I'll see if I can work out what changed to stop that working.

Re: Move in/out of screen
Extended this Shift+Drag in/out move behaviour to work with the Soft-Move Tool.
